What are your payment methods?

We currently accept cash, PayPal or bank deposit.

Do I need a deposit for my order?

50% deposit must be paid upfront to secure order.

For postage, full payment must be made before order can be dispatched.

Do you offer delivery?

Delivery is only available within 10km-15km of Rooty Hill NSW. Delivery fee of $15 for weekdays and $20 on weekends apply.

We offer post through AusPost and Sendle, with a postage and handling fee of $15 ($30 for bulkier/larger orders). Available Australia-wide (only for cookie orders. Not applicable for cake orders.)

When should I expect my order?

Once order is finalised, pick up date and time can be arranged. 

​

For interstate cookie orders, once full payment is received, cookies will be dispatched within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise agreed.

Note: We do our absolute best to package, and protect your cookies as best we can for transit. However once your package is with the delivery team, we cannot take responsibility for how it is managed and handled.

How long can I keep my cookies for?

Generally up 2-3 weeks in the pantry, in an air tight container.

Un-iced cookies, can be frozen, generally up to 3 months.

​

How should I store my cookies?

In an air tight container in a cool dry place.

Un-iced cookies can be kept in ziplock bags and straight into the freezer- thaw out to room temperature, and reheat in a hot oven before eating.

​

Are your cookies and cakes vegan?

Yes, they can be! Please let us know when placing your order, as we use non-vegan products in our range unless specifically requested.
